Equipment for coaches

Within the vehicle industry sector we manufacture ski boxes and polyester parts for most models of touring and city buses.
Besides ski boxes we also make other polyester parts for buses — bumpers, light frames, masks and panels.
Vans and minibuses

Equipment for vans

Our ski box range for vans and minibuses covers the most common models on the market, with the option of custom-built units.
Custom manufacturing

Other

We employ first-class modellers and laminators, so we are not tied to ready-made moulds — every polyester piece is made to a drawing. Your sketch, technical documentation or an existing sample is enough; if there is no drawing, we model one and build the mould, then go into production. We make both single pieces and series.

Repairs

Besides manufacturing, we also repair buses and boats — from mending damage to polyester parts through to complete restoration.

Neoplan’s „sharp cut“ design of the Skyliner, Tourliner and Cityliner models led us to invest particular effort in both the design and the finish — by matching the „sharp cut“ lines of the coach and the ski box and adapting the light signalling, the result looks as though it had been built in Neoplan’s own factory.
